We are an open, diverse community of people of all backgrounds and abilities. We pride ourselves not only on our success, having nurtured dozens of irish champions both male and female, but on our warm and welcoming attitude to all new-comers. If you want to learn a myriad of new skills from keeping fit and learning the ancient art of boxing all while making new friends, then call on down to our boxing club.
Training focuses mainly on fitness and agility, as well as practicing the skills of boxing. A full body workout will consist of circuit training, skipping and core exercises. Members will have access to everything from boxing pads, bags and gloves to sparring fights and one-to-one training with coaches.
Training Monday-Wednesday 7-9pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
