GMIT ladies football Strength & Conditioning
Tonight's Zoom ill consist of the following;
Introduction to your S&C Coach
Description and run through of the programs you will receive and how the process will work.
You will receive the following home workouts:
1. Body weight, strength based program, slow eccentrics, some isometrics etc
2. A towel eccentric based program excellent for power development
3. A band program
The S&C coach will follow up with another live zoom in 3 weeks time to check in and will be on hand to answer all querys throughout the 6 weeks.
