Following the great success of Phase 1 of our virtual fitness classes, “Blast Fitness”, with Mark McGovern we are rolling out phase 2 today. Mark has been hard at work designing this new phase to keep you challenged and motivated and he has upped the tempo with a class every weekday. If you didn’t manage to link in with the first phase, make sure you join in now and if you have been hard at work it will be great to follow on and see how well you are progressing. All the info you need to access the programme is contained in the Mayo Campus Movers section of GMITSULife.ie you will need to join the Mayo Campus Movers club to access all the information and you can do that at https://gmitsulife.ie/club/mayo-campus-movers Zoom Yoga with Katherine Harvey is another online initiative that started last week to great reviews with Yoga HIIT on Monday @ 19.30 and Yoga Flow on Wednesday @ 19.30 you can join these live classes by joining the yoga club https://gmitsulife.ie/club/mayo-yoga where you will be able to access links to the classes The final part of our virtual package features the online Yoga Classes with Colm Hynes that you can access at your leisure. This exciting new society aims to provide opportunities to all its members to exercise, engage in healthy activities and just basically keep moving for their well-being, at times, locations and levels appropriate to them. Early bird exercise classes, peer groups for walking and running, motivational info and healthy lifestyle tips –spearheaded by the inspirational Mark Mgovern (who last year completed the Dublin City Marathon in full Scuba diving gear) if a healthy balanced lifestyle is your aim there is something in the Mayo Campus Movers for every one
