Get Outside:
The big challenge we are all facing is too much screen time so find a way to get outside you will be amazed what a little bit of fresh air can do for you.
Yes, we are restricted to exercising no more than 5k from home but no doubt there are some amazing places within that 5K.
As part of our Kickstart 21 campaign we are giving away weekly prizes to encourage you to get outside and soak up the air!
To be in with a chance of winning a €50 Online Lifestyle Sports Voucher simply get outside for a run, walk, cycle or skate and send us pictures of your favorite place to escape to. Use #KickstartGMIT or tag GMITSU on instagram, facebook or twitter.
